Beef Tallow: We only use local grass-fed & finished beef tallow from Kinderhook Farms in the Hudson Valley. Purified and rendered twice and abundant in essential fatty acids, grass-fed tallow provides unparalleled moisture, promoting skin suppleness and a velvety texture.

Jojoba Oil: USDA organic, non-GMO, 100% pure cold pressed, unrefined & hexane free. Jojoba helps with collagen production, and it is full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. It is hypoallergenic and noncomedogenic, exhibiting antiseptic and antibacterial properties. This oil mimics the skin's natural oils, sinks in effortlessly and delivers hydration that leaves you with a dewy finish. It nourishes, revitalizes, and leaves your skin feeling soft and rejuvenated.

Essential Oil: USDA Certified Organic & non-GMO Lavender Oil.

Rosehip Oil: USDA Certified Organic & non-GMO -  The retinoids in rosehip oil can help brighten your skin, prevent blackheads, and reduce inflammation. Rosehip oil also contains linoleic acid, a fatty acid that can aid acne prevention and shrink pimples. Rosehip oil may help treat eczema, an inflammation of the skin that can cause itching and redness.

Organic Vitamin E Oil: USDA Certified 100% Organic & Non GMO

Lavender:

Using lavender oil for skin has been a traditional aromatherapy practice because of the essential oil’s powerful moisturizing, antibacterial, and antiseptic properties. Lavender oil helps prevent acne breakouts, reduce skin inflammation, speed wound healing, soothe minor burns, and treat eczema. The relaxing fragrance of lavender also helps reduce stress levels in the body.

Benefits of Tallow:
The uses of tallow can be extended to a wide range of ailments such as dry skin, rough patches, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, chapped lips, rosacea, diaper rash, cradle cap, cracked heels, sunburn, fine lines, wrinkles, puffiness, acne, healing minor burns, reducing scars appearance, removing makeup, and much more.

People all over the world have loved and used tallow for thousands of years. The Romans & Ancient Egyptians combined tallow with natural ingredients to create creams and ointments to maintain youthful, radiant skin. The ancient Greeks recognized tallow's potential and used it as a base for their skincare routine. Its compatibility with skin made it a sought-after ingredient in their beauty routines.

Tallow is rich in omega 3s and vitamins A, D, E, K2, B12, and choline, making it the ideal substance to clean, nourish, and moisturize our skin. Studies have shown that tallow helps promote skin cell regeneration, which allows our skin to renew and regenerate itself more quickly. The essential fatty acids in tallow help keep our skin healthy and hydrated by acting as a natural sealant that locks moisture into the skin. Tallow also helps reduce dryness, increase skin flexibility, and improve our protective skin barrier.
