DELIVERY POLICIES
All shop items are available for delivery within 20 minutes of our front door.
Deliveries are available WED to MON between 10am and 6pm (CLOSED TUE and major holidays). All delivery orders must be received by 5pm the day of the requested delivery to guarantee service.
We cannot make any guarantees about the exact delivery time as it is based on the overall delivery route for the day. If you need a specific window, please get in touch and we will do our best to accomodate.
Flowerkraut will not be held responsible for any erroneous delivery information such as incorrect/incomplete addresses, incorrect phone number/contact information, mistakes to spelling or grammar within customized notes, etc. We do our best to notice these issues and correct them prior to delivery, but please double check your information prior to submitting your order.
In order to provide a successful delivery, a team member will first attempt a delivery to the recipient. If we do not encounter anyone, we will contact the delivery recipient via text message/phone call to make sure they are home or will be returning home shortly. We will do our best to leave the order in a secure location near the exterior front door, if the weather allows.
WE DO NOT LEAVE HAND TIE ARRANGEMENTS OUT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. In cases of extreme cold/extreme heat, staff will not leave fresh flowers or live plants outside. If the recipient is not home and we cannot leave the item anywhere safe, it will be brought back to the shop and must be picked up within 2 business days.
If the order is not retrieved in a timely manner by the recipient at their home, Flowerkraut will not be held responsible for any items that are damaged due to weather conditions, or conditions out of our control.
RETURN POLICIES

FLOWERS
Flowers are not eligible for return or refund.
Flowers rotate on a daily schedule in the shop and highly depend on the season. Flowerkraut's style is based on loose, artsy and an updated take on floral arrangements that align more with nature. Please take a look at our website and Instagram to get a sense of who we are as florists and artists before you place your order. Please note that if you order from us and what you wanted is something different than what we do, we will not provide a refund. -
PLANTS
Plants purchased from us are eligible for exchange or refund up to 4 days after purchase. Plants returned to store must be pest-free, healthy and undamaged. Unfortunately, any plant purchase that falls outside of these parameters is not eligible for refund or exchange.

GOODS
All non perishable sales are eligible for exchange within 4 days of purchase. If an item is broken or damaged, it is ineligible for a refund. After 5 days of purchase, returns are invalid for refund or store credit.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT FOOD RETURNS.

"Do you SHIP items?"
Yes/No- We do not ship flowers or arrangements. Please reach out via phone or email to discuss shipping a non perishable item. Shipping prices will be included based on location.
"Where do you deliver too?"
We delivery all goods by hand, within 20 min of our front door at 722 Warren St, Hudson.
We do not deliver to Athens, Tivoli, Kinderhook, Chatham, Sleepy Hollow, Coxsackie or Stuyesant. Please contact us for other florist recommendations.
